Tasting Notes: Nose starts with a kind of fruit-mix that goes on on the palate: orange & quince jelly, small yellow plums, fermented pears. There`s also a sweet/sour wood impact with hints of dried herbs & flowers, ginger, caramel. Definitely opens up with a dash of water added (even at the rather low strength of 45.2%) and then gets more complex and aromatic. One taster felt like being reminded of bittersweet fruit jam.
