Tasting Notes: The nose is a bit more lean and subtle than his brother’s with 48,1%. Rather like ripe pears, not this full in its sweetness but very elegant with mineral notes. In the mouth the aroma of citrus is added to the pears, then a surprising red note like cassis. Water increases the sweetness but also takes away some fruitiness.
