Tasting Notes: The first impression you get is that of ripe and sweet fruits with some wood glue in the nose. Then there are overripe nectarines and at the end the sour notes of gooseberry combined with hints of smoke and wood. In the mouth you’ll also find vanilla sugar. Altogether it reminds us of “Rumtopf” (a mixture of rum, sugar an fruits) with vanilla cream. Water adds caramel toffee but takes away some of the fruitiness.
