Tasting Notes: Typical nose of a mature whisky - ripe fruits, quince jelly, (artificial) sweetness, lemon/orange zest. Similar taste with compact body, now going to vanilla sweetness, nutmeg, combined with a (rather difficult todetermine) fruit profile. It´s definitely not the exotic/grapefruit aroma that can be found in older vintages of Longmorn. Our panel members did not manage to point out a reasonable association and so this ended up in rather weird suggestions such as "Ginger Ale Whisky" or "Red Bull concentrate"....
