Tasting Notes: Dry Sherry on the nose, a hint of chocolate candy and roasted nuts. Fully flavoured and pleasantly sharp with sugary dried fruits, ginger and asian spices (sweet-sour seasoning). Reminds you of the characteristic strawberry notes which are said to be found in older expressions of Glencadam whisky. It`s ideal for adding some amounts of water, it then changes its profile quite frequently when water`s added and after some time in the glass. Without water quite hot but mouth-coating.
