Tasting Notes: The first impressions are mirabelle, glue, peach and chocolate filled with orange-syrup. Then the sweetness turns into something like marshmallow and caramel-toffee. In the mouth you get peach, pears und some caramel. Water brings a short whiff like old books but changes again to that nice combination of peaches, glue and a hint of toasted bread. Fills the mouth with a full and long taste.
